Ota beef is a high-quality brand of beef that is carefully raised in the Tajima region of Hyogo Prefecture, one of Japan's leading wagyu beef producing areas.It has a deep flavor and a soft, smooth texture, allowing you to enjoy the rich flavor to your heart's content.The meal comes with a salad of serrano ham and fruit, seasonal grilled vegetables, specially selected Ota beef sirloin steak, rice, miso soup, and an after-meal drink. The price is so good it's been well-received.
